Milky Bay Resort is peacefully located directly on the beach of BanTai on Koh Phangan. Our resort is owned and managed by a western couple who pay attention to every detail in an effort to make your stay even more enjoyable than you had hoped for.
The resort is surrounded by lush vegetation inside perfectly maintained tropical gardens. Grass patches and small ponds with lotus flowers are spread throughout giving the resort its special natural and relaxed atmosphere. Small shaded areas, with thatched rooftops furnished with Thai style cushions, are located throughout the gardens and are great spots for a couple or a small group to sit together, have a snack, read a book, chill-out and enjoy the breeze. All pathways are covered with soft wood-shavings, which give the resort a special rural character, and make it comfortable to walk barefooted around the resort.
At Milky Bay all bungalows are equipped to meet the highest of standards. All bungalows are air-conditioned and have western bathrooms with hot and cold water showers. The room decor is a blend of modern sophistication with local Thai and traditional African decorative elements and furnishings. Each room has a spacious balcony with sea or garden views.
